Over the last four years, we’ve made a lot of changes to improve the way we support our employees and build a culture we’re all proud of. You told us we could be doing better, and we listened. In September, we announced that we’re improving our employee childcare program. And this week, employees across the country can start using the KCE Kids Benefit.
Starting on January 1, 2017, all employees will receive 50% off of childcare and no employee will have to pay more than $100 a week per child in care. We’re also eliminating registration fees for employees. And
, in some states, we’re launching a grandparent pilot program.
“I can’t imagine anything more important than to make sure that our very own children have a lifetime love of learning, because that’s what we’re all here to do,” said Wei-Li Chong, EVP of People and Operations.
