Each year Champions presents the Quality Achievement Award to an elite group of employees who consistently implement and support the company mission and service values.
“These exemplary employees provide outstanding care, enrichment, and customer service to the children, families, and clients they serve,” said Sylvia Benoit, Champions Quality and Accreditation advisor. “They are all inspirations and role models for those in their profession.”
The 2015 Quality Achievement Award winners were announced during the brand’s 2016 kick-off meeting in Deerfield Beach, Fla., in mid-January. The award winners were honored during a special banquet dinner and invited to participate in several professional development sessions and team building activities. In addition, the five winners had the opportunity to take part in a town hall meeting with KinderCare Education leaders including CEO Tom Wyatt, CEO of Early Learning Programs Elanna Yalow, and Champions COO Dan Figurski.
In March the award winners will have the opportunity to attend the National Afterschool conference in Orlando, Fla., where they will attend a variety of workshops developed for out of school time professionals and network with peers from around the country.
