Last week the Marketing team unveiled a redesigned KinderCare.com that not only has a sleek new look and feel, but is fully compatible with mobile devices.
In February Knowledge Universe leaders earmarked a significant portion of capital investment dollars for Marketing to redesign the KinderCare website, making the site more reliable and responsive for the digital needs of current and future customers.
“Since the end of 2014, we’ve found that more than 50 percent of our website visits have been coming from someone using a mobile device,” said Crystal Miller, senior marketing manager. “We now have a responsive website that allows users to access kindercare.com from any device and gives them the best experience based on the device they are visiting from.”
Although the primary scope of the project was to deliver a responsive, mobile-friendly website, the Marketing team did squeeze in a few other improvements. First, they now have the ability to manage website content and updates in-house more often, giving the team some much-needed flexibility for seasonal campaign updates. Second, the digital team can now create a much more personalized website for visitors based on their content interests.
