Meaningful Moment: Holiday fun

This time of year can be incredibly busy, especially for families trying to squeeze in holiday activities around a schedule already packed with work and school. One family in Pennsylvania took some time to write a note of thanks for their center director and teachers at the Seven Fields KinderCare.

We attended the Breakfast with Santa event recently and enjoyed the event from start to finish with our seven-year-old son Zachary. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by several of Zachary’s teachers who were dressed for the holiday season. Both the signs and the teachers let us know all the different activities we could check out. Zachary was excited to enjoy a hot breakfast with us before we headed to the different holiday activities in each classroom. I think his favorite activity was making a reindeer food bag that we’ll use at home to “feed Santa’s reindeer.”

We really enjoyed catching up with each team member and Ms. Becky [center director Rebecca Stein] made sure Zachary, along with the other kids, each got a turn and a great picture with Santa. We are using the picture for our holiday card. There was also a fantastic book fair to check out in the lobby, so we even got caught up on some of our Christmas shopping!

Thank you for partnering with us in raising Zachary and our future son (due in February)! We have always had a great experience with the team at Seven Fields and wanted to pass along a special thank you for this most recent event. Happy holidays to you all!
