This was a great week for Portland children; The Portland Children’s Museum opened their Outdoor Adventure exhibit on Tuesday, April 22, International Earth Day. The exhibit offers children the opportunity to explore the outdoors through creative play. Children are encouraged to dig in the dirt, build tree forts, and climb trees as they explore this dynamic new space. Knowledge Universe proudly supported the construction of the outdoor amphitheater which will host educational and enriching programming throughout the summer.

Don’t forget KU employees and families have free admission to the museum through 2015. We hope you’ll enjoy this wonderful space with your children all summer long.
