“Inspiration” is a word that comes to mind when thinking about Center Director Keith Standish. Both his District Manager and Dr. Elanna Yalow agree—Keith deserves his title of Best in Class.
“Keith is full of energy and always has a smile on his face,” says DM Norma Mendez. “He is simply someone that people love to be around!”
According to Norma, a Best in Class Center Director should have integrity, good communication skills, should be trustworthy, and be fully involved in the center.
“Someone who is Best in Class should be a natural leader that inspires the team to do their best in all that they do,” says Norma. “Keith is someone that people gravitate toward and get inspired by.”
On her recent Best in Class Tour visit to San Antonio, Texas, Dr. Elanna Yalow had great things to say about Moss Rock KinderCare: “I have visited Keith’s center many times since he first became CD there, and it has been inspiring to watch his journey to becoming Best in Class. What an honor to celebrate with him and his great team.”
“Keith is successful because he has worked in every single position in a center, and uses that experience to help his team develop and grow,” says Norma.
