Ever wonder where shredded paper ends up? Every time a container of shredded paper is taken away from Knowledge Universe, an Iron Mountain driver scans the bin which calculates the average weight. The result of tons of shreds of paper? A positive impact on the environment. This infographic represents what KU’s paper recycling has done for Mother Nature in 2013:
These figures primarily reflect the NSC; in 2014, shredding will expand to include additional KinderCare and CCLC locations.
