Best in Class Center Director Kerstin Jorgensen, leader of the Meridian KinderCare center in Puyallup, Washington, is an inspiring leader who makes her center feel like home.

“Kerstin’s energy is absolutely contagious,” says Regional Vice President Tiffany Wright. “She is continuously seeking feedback to ensure she is always learning and growing and takes full responsibility to share her knowledge with everyone around her.”

Kerstin has had much to do with Meridian KinderCare’s increased enrollment.

“Although the numbers are impressive, it is the community and culture within the center that is a testament to Kerstin’s leadership,” says Tiffany.

That center culture was on full display during Dr. Elanna Yalow’s recent Best in Class tour visit.

“One of the most impressive things about Kerstin’s incredible team is how much fun they had with each other at lunch,” says Elanna. “It was like sitting around the family dinner table.”
